3. Digital Products

Digital items (training programs, wellness guides, RESET tools, PDFs, downloads) are non‑refundable and final sale.

You receive a personal license for your own use. You may not:

Any violation may result in account termination.


4. Physical Products

Physical items (TRAIN gear, WELLNESS accessories, RESET recovery tools) are produced and shipped by third‑party fulfillment partners such as Printful and Printify.

Production & Shipping

Production begins shortly after your order is placed. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping times vary by region and carrier. Tracking is provided when available.

Product Variations

Colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly due to printing processes. These variations are normal and not considered defects.


5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment partners. FitMuse does not store credit card information.


6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund rules are outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

  • 30‑day return window for eligible physical products

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective

  • Digital products are non‑refundable

  • Defective or misprinted items will be replaced at no cost


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.


8. Final Sale Items

Digital products and certain custom items are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned or canceled.
